I began my healthcare journey in 2006 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) after earning an associate’s degree in Health Information Management. Driven by a passion for patient care, I furthered my education with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana State University and became a board-certified functional nurse specialist (BC-FMNS). Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in various inpatient and outpatient settings.
My personal struggle with an underactive thyroid led me to explore functional medicine, sparking a deep interest in proactive, root-cause approaches to health. I am committed to empowering clients to take the first step towards a healthier lifestyle by making informed and meaningful changes that promote long-term wellness.
With a vision to serve the Southern Hillsborough (SoHi) County community, I am dedicated to helping residents live longer, fuller lives through personalized, holistic care that goes beyond traditional medicine.
